"Hotel was good enough. It was overall comfortable and room service was good. Free wifi did not work. Bed was itchy and seemed unfresh, water in the bathroom was not hot enough, and food was mediocre. Bathtub was a good addition as compared to other hotels, though."

"Staff good, property archaic, rooms in poor condition. Check in process too long and manual. Inspite of taking deposit we were asked to make payments for in room dining and laundry services. Mixed experience of food - dinner was good but late afternoon lunch was not pleasant experience."

"The Hotel Shubhangan is in a great location in Mumbai, within easy walking distance of Carter Road and Bandra (W). The hotel itself has great service, clean and well-appointed rooms (very comfortable beds), with a nice restaurant on the ground floor and hot Indian breakfast. Overall, this is one of the best value hotels in Mumbai!"
