For the price we paid this was a very good hotel. When we first arrived about 7 in the evening it was dark and the room did smell a bit damp, we were on the first floor. But I think it was because the room had been unoccupied for a while and maybe the air conditioning had not been on, but by the next day and with our own smells and perfume it was like home. A beautiful hotel near the beach! Excellent food available at the restaurant, including a superb breakfast. Very family friendly! Our children loved using the pool several times a day. The setting is stunning, with amazing cliff and sea views from our balcony. The onsite spa is wonderful and I enioyed a fantastic coffee scrub and aroma massage. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We hope to return!

Great hotel and exceptional staff and service, just want my partner and I love. Absolutely nothing to fault - luxury villa's, attentive service, plenty of space, not too many people, great food - and the location and views are superb.

Stayed here for 9 nights in December 2015. Very impressed with the Hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful, most of them spoke a little English and they were very willing to help with our requests. The hotel is literally across the road from the beach and the beach was lovely, Srisuksant also provide beach towels at no additional charge. Lovely relaxing stay. Hotel and facilities were very good, and the staff excellent. It is a small hotel, of 25 villas, and they manage to pitch the service just right. Attentive, but not pushy. Shuttle service to the beach is great, but my one improvement would be to add an extra return pick up or two to the schedue. That said a tuk tuk at 50 THB per person hardly breaks the bank! Lovely friendly staff, great room, comfortable very large bed and clean. We really enjoyed our stay, good central location in Ao Nang with many restaurants near by and 7/11 down the road. Beach close aswell.

As always in Thailand the staff are always helpful and friendly, a nice quiet hotel not far from the main road or beach, nice size swimming pool, plenty of loungers, rooms are simple decorated,easylight switches, lits of hot water, and large pump dispensers of shampoo, conditioner andand shower gel, break fast was ok,I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic spacious room, Cleaned every day and condiments replenished including 2 x bottles of water..... The location is ideal and the shops and restaurants are on the doorstep. The pool is fantastic aswell.
