Great hotel staff friendly free drink at the bar was a bonus and free breakfast aswell easy to get around with monorail at end of street bars restaurants all around the hotel

Really like this hotel. We’ve stayed here several times and it’s also so comfortable and clean.

The hotel is very well placed for arrivals/departures from Miami International airport. The room was really excellent including a desk area should you need it and a very comfortable bed. The air conditioning works really well and is both quiet and easilly adjustable, which is great. The buffet breakfast was fantastic and really good value for oney. Highly Recommended and we will definitely use again when transiting via this airport.

Fantastic property in the Brickell area. Staff were incredibly friendly and flexible throughout my stay. The hotel was modern, clean, walkable to central Brickell but also distant enough that it was peaceful and quiet. The room was modern, well designed and sleek with all the amenities needed and perfect for two friends sharing. House keeping staff were efficient and proactive, shower was consistently clean and spotless and beds were super comfy. Gym had a range of equipment allowing effective...

We had a brilliant stay, the staff on arrival were super helpful and the room was just what we needed. It was located easily for a quick stop at Whole Foods for a takeaway dinner and a coffee in the morning and the transport to the cruise port was seamless. The bar was lovely with a relaxed vibe for a drink in the evening as the sun was setting.

Excellent hotel and staff

Absolutely brilliant stay. Great room, helpful staff and best of all, no crazy greedy resort fee or parking charges. Just an honest hotel, delivered exactly what I needed without fuss.

Services are good. Location is excellent connecting with Downtown via buses, trolleys.

All was good no complaints at all, nice & clean.

Very useful for a one night stay after a rather traumatic day on Amtrak (not their fault) Check in at gone midnight was not an issue and pleased to wake up to a nice cooked breakfast after a much needed night's sleep

It was my first time in Miami, and what a gem of a hotel I found, the second you walked through the door. You could tell this place was class , we were welcomed in by the doorman , and took us to reception where we were greeted with a glass of wine, the staff were amazing when I asked if I could have some towels for the beach , they said if we go to the beach, look for the blue and white beach umbrellas, you’ll be giving 2 sunbeds and towels, having spent the afternoon on the beach we went out...

Massive Clean Room ,comfy bed, good breakfast Free transfer from airport. Receptionist could have been friendlier.
