The Hotel was located amongst beautiful grounds. It was a combination of old and new build and very clean in all public spaces. Staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and knowledgable about the local area. Our room was very spacious and well equipped with fabulous views down to the river and was spotlessly clean too (except for what appeared to be a blood stained bath towel!) Breakfast was most enjoyable and there was plenty of delicious food and drink to choose from. I stayed at the Hotel...

The owner were extremely welcoming. Was told that there may be late night noise due to the new night club opposite. Which didn't close until about 3am. Also informed that there was a function in the hotel which would finish at midnight. Also changed our room so any noise from the night club would not disturb us. Arranged for us to have a meal even though the bar food was ready to close. also received 20% off the cost of the bar food menu The food was great value and cooked to perfection and...

Wonderful greeting upon a very late arrival. Rooms are wonderful. Electric hookup very convenient.

Our first visit to Beechfield House and hopefully not the last. Lovely, clean, well-serviced rooms. The heated outdoor pool a real draw for the children. A superbly professional Staff team attended to our every need, yet managed to offer a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere for our three girls and one dog.

We had a fantastic stay, by far the cleanest hotel & room we have stayed in - (& that’s quite a lot!). Excellent food & lovely, helpful staff, Nicole particularly gave top notch service. Very vegan friendly which is hugely appreciated! Gorgeous hotel & decor. Our cosy room was perfect, not really that small either! Highly recommend the afternoon tea - we will be back!

My brother and I walk together once a year to catch up as we live in different parts of the country. This year we decided on the 24 mile Clarendon Way from Winchester to Salisbury. Although off the Way Stockbridge is a beautiful village and convenient half way point to stop for the night. On arrival at the Three Cups very tired after our twelve mile walk we were shown to two very pleasant rooms by a helpful member of staff. The rooms were clean and fresh with very welcome tea and biscuits...

Very welcoming staff, the room was very comfortable and the chef produced very tasty meals. A very enjoyable stay!

This hotel is worth ten stars, the staff are so professional and friendly, food is amazing, spa is upkept to perfection standards and extremely relaxing, all set in the the most beautiful surroundings. Beds very comfortable, especially the pillows, rooms are large and when you drive away from this piece of heaven, you start booking your next stay in your mind.

If you want to treat yourself to a fabulous hotel, this is the place. A very comfortable and relaxing place to be. Attentive staff, where nothing seemed too much trouble. And a truly fantastic restaurant. For us this was a very rare treat, but what a treat it was!

Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff and within easy walking distance of the centre of Bath.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are so friendly. We had a guided tour on arrival and the room was so spacious and well decorated, would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Excellent hotel, the service in all the areas of the hotel was great from the dining room staff to the bar and therapists in the spa and on reception. The hotel it’s self was lovely, the guest experience was really thought through at every stage, as there were so many little touches throughout that really made your stay more comfortable and special. The hotel and grounds were maintained to a really high standard. Overall an excellent hotel and we look forward to returning!
