First impressions was that it was very dirty and stained everywhere. It looked like it was lightly vacuumed and everything else pushed under the bed and couch. The kitchen counter, stove, fridge, microwave were all dirty with food...

"Im so glad we booked this place over a hotel in Tokyo! It was so comfortable, inviting, clean and well looked after with excellend amenities. Our family of 5 with 3 young kids absolutely loved it. We would definitely stay here again"

"Great space and great customer service! I had to toss away my suitcase and their response was prompt and professional. Highly recommend."

"Place is very clean"

"The room is a little bit small than I thought. I booked a twin room and expect there are 2 bed separate. However the room is too small so it is only 2 separate mattresses puting together. Besides that, everything is fine. I super love it's rooftop view! Super beautiful for watching Tokyo Skytree (and should be excellent for watching Sumidagawa Fireworks Festival)"
