The condo was spacious and had a great view of Manila Bay. It was spacious and could accommodate plenty of people. Free parking is a plus! The caretaker was very helpful when we needed him. The only thing I didn’t like was that the unit leaks when it rains. Also, it didn’t have many utensils and cookware. Overall, the unit was ok.

I like the place.

Starting with the bellboy, everyone from the reception to the cleaning staff was very kind and friendly. Of course, the location is convenient. I think even those without children would be very satisfied! Also, the bath looks bigger than it appears, and I definitely recommend it.

The staff were nice, friendly, and accommodating. However, the hotel facilities and amenities definitely need some improvement. The towels looked more like old rags than hotel towels. Instead of being white, they were already gray from repeated use. Management should consider replacing old and worn-out items. The bathroom was also very small, and the floor easily became wet, which made it uncomfortable to use. Another major issue was the TV. It would not stay turned off. We turned it off several times, but it kept turning back on by itself. This happened throughout the night and was very disturbing, making it difficult for us to sleep. While we appreciated the helpful staff, management really needs to update and maintain the room amenities to provide guests with a more comfortable stay.
