"Overall great experience and property. The only thing is location. It’s quite high up and many grab drivers refused to go up the hill forcing you to walk up or down. Not the best experience. They do have a shuttle bus/car to drive you nearby but only till 6pm. "

"We got the Vila with the view and pool. Nice place very big I mean very big. The Location is just right above Kata. Great views of KATA and just under the Big Buda . The unit we were in needs some more TLC. Just a little older but nice and clean the staff was great. We liked having the staff come and make us breakfast in our kitchen. They did great and my wife got a vacation from dealing with the kitchen. "

"Great villa, friendly staff good location in kata, just away from the main beach for privacy yet quick walk to get to restaurants, we only need transport to explore out of kata, some areas in the villa are a little tired but over all amazing place to stay, I’d stay there again"

"Loved my stay at this hotel. Although it is a little farther from the main hub the resort has very affordable car/moto rentals and transportation available. The villa itself was clean and very spacious."
