"Unbelievable resort. Should be classified as a 5-star. The staff are the friendliest and most amazing people. Breakfast was amazing. Room was huge with a beautiful ocean view. The pool was by far the best, my wife and I spent hours of the day up there. The restaurant and food was top notch, especially considering you can get everything delivered wherever you are whether it be the pool, your room, or at a restaurant table. Laundry service was perfect and cheap. Simply amazing. "

"A beautiful place to stay. Best room of the many places I have stayed in Phuket. The planting in the grounds make this place exceptional, the surroundings are like a botanical garden - quite lovely. Food is good. FIVE pools, one of which is adults only, so the swimming is excellent. Staff were really helpful and so nice. I am definitely going back again."

"I was very disappointed with my stay. First, the hotel required a cash deposit and only accepted cash, which already felt inconvenient and unusual. The bathroom was in extremely poor condition — honestly the worst I have seen. It looked nothing like what you would expect from a hotel room. One of the main issues was the shower, which was in very bad shape. Another problem was that there were no proper photos of the bathroom or shower in the listing, which now makes sense because of their condition. There was also no hand soap in the bathroom. When I asked for some, the staff told me they didn’t have any and that I could just use the soap from the shower instead, which is not acceptable. To make matters worse, the room was full of ants, and during the night we were bitten by them multiple times. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience due to the poor hygiene, lack of basic amenities, and the insect problem. I would not recommend staying here."
