"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Promenade Pondicherry, and I must say it was an absolutely excellent experience! The Sea View room was stunning—gorgeous decor and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. I savored a delicious breakfast in the morning, particularly enjoying the dosas that were simply delightful. Additionally, I treated myself to a massage, which was not only at a great price but also was just a great massage! Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend Promenade Pondicherry for anyone looking for a beautiful getaway with fantastic service. "

I have an overnight bus to bangalore, the hotel offered a nice sofa to stay after checking out, and kept serving me tea and coffee. i booked hotel cab to bus station, the driver also kindly stay with me for 20 min till the correct bus came. the bus stopped in a different place than in the ticket, without cab driver s help i would probably miss it! "Nice enough rooms. Basic but fine. Good location. Dont expect a view unless you book a room with a balcony. The thing that makes this such a good hotel is Marc on reception. He was outstanding in his manner and helpfulness. Really helpful suggesting places to visit or eat, and helped arrange our onward travel. "

"The property owner, when I called after collecting the phone number from Expedia, told that they have not received any email regarding this booking in the name of Mamatha B L at all. It is Fraud booking and we are not way connected to Expedia at all. One year back we have left Expedia. This was the reply given by the property owner. They also added that the booking is full from our side, how did Expedia book our property and that it's fake. " Finally I couldn't get any room service in that property though I had paid. Also I went on calling the number provided by the Expedia through mail that I had received, but absolutely no response from that side at all I kindly request the authorities to look into the matter and return the amount paid to White Town Villa Regards Mamatha B L"

"I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The only thing I didn't like was the Spa. It was absolutely the worst spa and massage I've ever had and there was some suspicious behaviour in there which I avoided. However, I know that the spa is run separately. I would just recommend the management of this hotel to disassociate with the Spa and/or remove its mention from the website. Otherwise the hotel itself was perfect. Great food, great service, really wonderful experience."

"Near the ashram and temple. 4 min walk. So very good location. Staff are very friendly and go Above and beyond to care like you are part of their family! Elderly mother and myself had severe food poisoning and they got us medicines, even came to the room to check on us. Their breakfast is fresh daily cooked meals. Highly highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with family! "
