" Great location. Hotel is in the front of the beach and easy access to Sri Aurobindo ashram. Staff are really good and as soon as you request for something and it gets done. Welcoming guests was good. Room was not so great although they say hotel maintains heritage but hotel room requiring updating. Room facing street food at the back is quite noisy and smelly and can't keep windows open. We had few other issues for e.g. there was no locker in the room, balcony was broken and unsafe. Next day...

"We had a wonderful stay in Pondicherry and found the hotel to be a perfect base. It was in the heart of the French quarter with restaurants and shops close by and a short walk from the beach and promenade. The town is very laid back but there is definitely enough to keep you occupied for a few days and places to visit outside the town. We were particularly impressed by the staff in the hotel - welcoming, helpful but not overbearing."

"A very warm welcoming hotel. The manager and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room complete with a balcony was very comfortable and clean. The rooftop cafe and bar a definite gem. Location for all things White Town is superb. "
