"While a little away from the beach, this property was a delight to stay in. From the friendly staff, to the well appointed and cozy rooms to the fabulous onsite restaurants, this hotel checks all the boxes. While transportation was easy, the complimentary bike rentals was a nice touch. Overall very please and highly recommended. "
"We extended our stay here. The staff is helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. This is a great location for a walkable distance to the French quarter as well as a number of restaurants.
The breakfast is simple but good. Ceiling fan and air conditioner keep the room cold. A water kettle and cups are also available in the room as well as basic toiletries.
Worth a stay. Lovely building and rooms. The wala need some fresh paint, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay. "

"Very clean accomodations with breakfast from next door delivered in the morning.
The accomodations offer all the comforts... clean room, comfortabke bed, warm water and kind staff.
While the street in front is busy, the room is well sealed from the noise."

"Though it’s a newly constructed hotel, it follows a vintage architecture very earnestly - the high ceiling, the colonial furniture, and grand father clocks all reminiscent of the rich history of Pondicherry. Staff, at front desk and restaurant are very courteous without being overbearing. Overall we had a lovely time and our three year old enjoyed the stay in “hotel house” very much! "

"You could do a lot worse ! This hotel was perfectly adequate for our purpose. It lies just outside White Town. Crossing the road by foot from the white town side to the hotel side of the road like any Indian city is not for the faint of heart. Breakfast was standard fare for South India. If you have a driver then you can be dropped off near the promenade which is pedestrianised and is simply marvellous for this very reason.We didn't eat in as there were a lot of eateries around.Pondy is very humid in August so the room AC provided a welcome respite from this humidity .If I was staying in Pondy again, I would be happy to stay here again."
"The property is a renovated French-style villa with multiple courtyards. Beautiful architecture, the wind flows through and keeps rooms cool - they have good AC also. The restaurant serves great food in the evenings, and they have great arranged tours etc. "

Reception organised a sightseeing seeing trip for us and also taxi to Chennai with a short visit to Mamallaporum Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was large and very comfortable.
