"It is not worth the stay. Staff is courteous. Rs 500, govt safari ticket they charged us 2000+ with no addons( not even a bottle of water). We had to drive ourselves to to the safari pick up point and had to wait almost an hour to get a bus . We were under the impression that the safari is in exclusive vehicles since the charge was more than 4 times the govt charge. 20 mnts into the safari, we returned to pick up more tourist and there was not enough seats. Total ripoff Food is average. Not at all worth the money they charge."

Food options were great and our child with a wheat allergy had plenty of options. My wife enjoyed the spa and the kids enjoyed the play area. We will definitely be back again and only stay at Serai."

"The Food served was horrible and over priced, the cook knows nothing of cooking, we had ordered for Chicken 65 for snacks, we were served just fried stale chicken.The normal Egg Bhurjee was served with curry leaves, which is really unheard of.I had pointed the same to the Manager Mr Shah.
