We stayed at the Pan Pacific for 12 nights in November and loved everything about the suites. Comfortable lounge and bedroom with fantastic views of the Singapore Flyer. Well equipped kitchen and dining area. Complimentary breakfast served everyday except Sunday with good choice of cereals, fruit, pastries and eggs cooked to order as well as oriental dishes. We loved The Park Royal. It was a great location, friendly and helpful staff and the choice at breakfast was excellent.

The Pod is great value for money if you’re looking for a big step up from a dorm but don’t want an expensive hotel. It was very quiet and felt safe. The staff were really helpful and the location is convenient for getting around the island. Would recommend!

Very good location, plenty of restaurants nearby. Close to Bugis mrt and Haji Lane. We had a family air conditioned room, comfortable beds and good breakfast. Friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel.

Very friendly the staff, after check in I thought my luggage got stolen but actually friendly staff help me moving the luggage to my room. Fantastic!

Room and facilities were perfect for what we wanted - and location fairly close to the main attractions. We arrived very early and they gave us complementary early check in at around 11am (instead of 2pm) which saved us from jet lag and made our holiday!! Rooftop pool was a bonus.Thank you.

Excellent hotel, well situated for exploring Singapore by foot and only a few hundred metres from MRT station. Room was small and compact but with en suite shower/toilet, toiletries (including toothbrush and toothpaste), kettle/coffee. The description was room without window but there was a high up roof skylight so you had daylight in the room and could hear the rain hammering onto the skylight window. Overall excellent hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Only downside was no in house...

Overall an excellent stay. A problem with the original room at check in was resolved promptly and to our satisfaction. The breakfasts were plentiful, with a vast choice and a highlight. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was excellent too. The hotel location was ideal, walkable to the Marina bay sands area, Raffles hotel and several shopping centre.

Very well placed for getting everywhere. MRT station close by. Staff very helpful, especially Venesa the concierge We had an executive room this gave you access to the executive lounge served complimentary afternoon tea and complimentary evening cocktails and nibbles. Room had everything you needed and very comfortable bed Everything was super clean. Would highly recommend and would stay there again

Definitely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, excellent staff throughout the hotel, rooms were spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location was convenient for several of the sites and activities we wanted to do. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was nice but our hotel stay was made amazing by Ying Zi Shang of the concierge team. She was extremely welcoming and very easy to talk to, if I wanted to discuss my plans for the day. Our hotel stay would not have been the same without her.
