"The room was clean. However, the toilet was not up to the mark. Water was leaking from wash basin and made the floor slippery and wet. Water from bath area had no guided outlet. It was flowing to the drain after making entire bath room wet. As a result going to the commode area was difficult as one has to walk over fully wet floor. Sterling Park management must renovate the toilet fully and ensure that these problems are totally taken care of."
