"Great location, very pleased to have a room heater at no extra charge. Kitchen struggled to serve breakfast at appointed time, or as ordered, or even to open the dining room and turn on the lights by 8 am. Some of it was language issues, some was poor communication between reception and kitchen. The hotel is a bit creaky, but you could call it character. I enjoyed my stay."

Sterling Park management must renovate the toilet fully and ensure that these problems are totally taken care of."
