This property was quiet, clean, and had amazing views. We had a peaceful quality time at the property. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Whenever we will come back to Darjaleen this will be our home.

Charming hotel with excellent and attentive staff, situated within a stones throw from Darjeeling's mall. Rooms are well equipped and even during the bitter winter, they are kept comfortable by providing in room heaters and hot water bottles arrive along with the turn down service.

Second stay in three weeks. Lovely rooms - no mosquitoes. Helpful staff. Nice food & great breakfast.

Property is located near to mall road, though bit walking is required to reach there, overall it was comfortable stay. Food was excellent, very tasty, hospitable staff, vintage type property, Its one of oldest in darjelling well maintained.

Calm peace fresh air location easy three wheeler or taxi ride from Bagdogra airport or Railway station. The property has everything you need within it's garden. Food is excellent and reasonably priced. Bed comfortable air conditioning great shower luxurious WiFi fast. A great personal touch was the care of Arun. it is a new property still developing, rooms are good, reception and vehicle passing by at reception point is reducing their reputation. They have swimming pool which we used and which should not be mentioned as swimming pool, by making people go to that pool they are only spoiling their better image otherwise. Their restaurant is very beautiful and staff is excellent

First and foremost, I highly rate the staff as they were very friendly and helpful. Subham, the property manager, was extremely helpful and really went out his way to look after us, such as calling reliable taxis after we had two major setbacks (which didn't relate to the hotel I'll add). Partha Dutta on reception was very friendly and such a nice guy, Palash Nath in the restaurant/bar provided such a great service, as well as the rest of the team. Good property to stay at very good location. Staffs are polite and helpful. Only problem I faced while checking out that they could not find my payment which already made during booking the room on hotels.com.There must have some communication gap between hotel and hotel.com causing unnecessary delay in checking out.
