Excellent hotel. Very clean, modern and great reception staff. We were very happy with the rooms. We stayed one night as were passing onto Darjeeling. The evening meal in the roof top restaurant was a great experience. Very good food. Wonderful resturant staff. I would recommend this hotel for their service, high standards and great staff

Es un hotel excelente, en todo sentido, tanto del personal como de su infraestructura. El restaurante funciona muy bien, y su comida es deliciosa. Tiene un gimnasio muy cómodo para quién es, necesitan hacer ejercicio, y una hermosa piscina que todas las temperaturas bajas no pude utilizar. La habitación es espaciosa y como, y tiene una vista espectacular sobre las montañas. Quedé tan satisfecho con el Hotel, que en Siliguri, sabiendo el estándar de esa cadena, me volví a enojar en uno similar.

Comfortable stay with good food. The only thing could be to add some more vegetarian menu. Also, the lobby music should be toned down in the night

Nice option in Siliguri

This is probably one of the best hotels in Siliguri, which doesn't have many options. My room was very comfortable and clean. A/C worked well, water was hot. Amenities are limited, but overall a good choice for business travelers. It's not super close to Bagdogra Airport, but convenient to much of Siliguri city.

Good property but teething problems!

The Lemon Tree Siliguri is a recently opened location so it came with it's advantages and disadvantages which I will list for you - Advantages: 1. New property so everything is pristine and clean. 2. Rooms are huge, bathrooms are excellent with a bathtub and separate glass shower. 3. Wonderful decor with light tones and colours. 4. Good breakfast spread with attentive restaurant staff. 5. Safe parking with security staff. 6. Close distance to Vega Mall if you need to watch your movies and do some shopping. Disadvantages: 1. On checking in, the staff asked me to state my exact check out time which isn't what you want to hear while you're just checking into a hotel. I figure it was because the hotel had a lot of bookings as there were marriages going on, still it's no excuse. 2. Due to the marriage going on, there was a lot of noise from the party till midnight and even after that the staff seemed to be arranging the furniture which kept disturbing us. 3. No running hot water, I had to call the maintenance staff twice and wait an hour before I had hot water in the bathroom. Anyway, most of the issues are teething problems as the property is new and I am certain that they will get resolved as the hotel becomes fully operational. I would definitely come back and stay at the Lemon Tree Siliguri on my future visits.
