It was a nice pleasant stay. The staff were very helpful. Only concern was mosquitos in the room. Otherwise we really enjoyed the views and the nature.

It was a pleasant surprise! The hotel is newly opened and rooms are fresh. The staff are very friendly, especially Assistant Manager Abhey, Jayan, and the restaurant team. Relaxing few days at the Fragrant Nature. Superb location and wonderful staff. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Take advantage of the sunset kayak trip through Mangrove Safari just across the road. If you like to walk, seek out the Meenad-Polachira trail by the Polichira lake.

Having travelled around India for 5 weeks it was refreshing to find a hotel where we weren’t pestering for reviews every 5 minutes! Maybe that’s because they don’t need to as they already know that their staff are all friendly and helpful, the hotel and rooms comfortable and spotlessly clean, nice food and pool. Stayed here for two nights. Right next to airport and shangumugam beach. The staff was polite and friendly. The rooms were huge and comfortable. Could have done some universal plug sockets. Food is good and breakfast buffet is quite filling. The pool is nice. They are impacted by the statewide prohibition hence no wines or spirits.

Manager was very welcoming and doing a fabulous job at this resort. We absolutely loved our 2 night stay and wished we could stay longer.

Excellent stay. Nothing to complain

From the outlet we were impressed, the staff knew who we were on arrival, the room was spacious and well air conditioned, the view and location are perfect for Varkala beach, the shower was hot (rare compared to other hotels) and the staff were always available to help. We will stay here again and recommend to friends.

this was a family holiday-a first time visit to Kerela this hotel far exceeded our expectations I cannot raise a single flaw staff humble kind and honest we have to give specific mention to Santosh who was the hotel driver he was brilliant! Great hotel and friendly staffs. Enjoyed the stay and restaurant

We had a great Onam getaway at Gokulam Grand. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The sadya was excellent. Special mention goes to Sangeetha, Nandana, Akash, Aditya and Onam sadya team. The rooftop bar has a great view. The food was delicious. Overall a grand experience and shall definitely recommend.
