"Our stay exceeded all of our expectations. Although the property is located a little away from the main area, once you arrive, it feels like you're staying at almost premium resort surrounded by beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. "The venue is beautiful. So was the stay. Sudha was a good host. Loved meeting Nala and Karma (dogs on the property). It’s a good place for a stay with the pet. But can improve in this aspect as well. Couple things that works well - the bathrooms are good and the water pressure and temperature regulation is good. Needs improvement - The rooms are a bit old and not exactly chargers friendly. The property should look into provided charging points near the bed and charging points that actually...

"Having travelled around India for 5 weeks it was refreshing to find a hotel where we weren’t pestering for reviews every 5 minutes! Maybe that’s because they don’t need to as they already know that their staff are all friendly and helpful, the hotel and rooms comfortable and spotlessly clean, nice food and pool. And all this just a short stroll to all the amenities of North Cliff. We were there when the monsoon started and as we had a late flight they allowed us to use our room until late...

Top Varkala Hotel Reviews

hillview beach resort

hillview beach resort

8/10 Good
"It was a good and pleasant experience. The property is located behind a gate along the narrow road running along the edge of Varkala Cliff, where you’ll find plenty of cafes and restaurants. Although the property doesn’t seem to offer rooms with ocean views, it is still in a very good location."
