"No hot water. It was only lukewarm during the whole time of my stay.
Did not get fixed after I spoke to reception.
Had to ask for towels.
Not a 4 star hotel. Carpet was stained and everything was very worn and damaged. "

"The room was very spacious, we had booked 2 standard rooms. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. They kindly arranged a last minute taxi for us which took us to the Marina in good time, which was much appreciated. Special mention to Darwish who made our stay exceptional - he is truly a kind hearted person. "
