"We stayed twice. Both in the middle of the week. The first room was in the hotel part. It had been updated and was nicer than I expected. The next week I thought we would get the same or very similar room based on my online experience. It was more money, but I credited that to being closer to the busy season or because I booked closer to the time we would stay. It was not the same room. The second time the room was in the outdoor entrance motel part. It was not as well-kept or updated, yet it cost more. Both rooms were relatively clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good for the cost of the stay."

"I booked a room for 3 days unfortunately I was unable to call to address that I’d arrive late due to being stuck in a remote area for work. When I arrived they had canceled my reservation even though I prepaid for 3 days! they refused to rebook me a room or refund my prepayment. I had to book a new hotel elsewhere."

"Breakfast was ok... Scrambled egg "rounds" were dry, and barely warm. The sausage was she also barely warm. Too crowded of an area for getting breakfast food. "

"Melissa at the front desk was wonderful. Disappointed the hot tub did not work. Stay was wonderful otherwise. "

"Unfortunately, the room I reserved was not available and I was placed in a substitute room that did not meet my needs. I was not informed about the substitute until I returned to the desk to check out. The staff apologized profusely. The GM assured me that I would not be charged. I wished it could have worked out because I was looking forward to the amenities."

"Plenty of parking. Area is a bit to be desired but thats not the fault of the hotel. Great bar and restaurant. Modern, cozy rooms. "
