"Everything went well on our vacation. I guess the only thing that i can say was since the room were so outdated the fan was creaking and you really can see that the rooms was already old. Nonetheless staff were amazing."

From the beach servers to the concierge, the service was excellent and always came with a smile.Beach & Pools: The beach is stunning with powdery white sand, and the pool areas are just as impressive. We never had a bad cocktail the whole trip.Vibrant Entertainment: There was always something happening! "-The room described on Expedia wasn’t the same size room in person. -food substitutes in restaurants such as sakuras were non existent -loud noise in mornings from construction when trying to sleep -tv is in Spanish. No English channels -Room service for Privilege members wasn’t sufficient"

"Sunscape is a smaller resort with many great benefits. Once your in the common area everything is only steps away allowing for any activity within close proximity. Ocean, beach, pool, food, sports bar(no sound for sports). Food was great although the restaurants did not have AC which was uncomfortable for some people. Kids area was quite hot due to being on the lagoon side with no ocean breeze. Some rooms had better AC than others. The staff was truly amazing and helpful. Within walking distance to Coco Bongo markets / pharmacies / malls. Great family friendly resort. 8/10"

"It's a lovely property with hard working, kind staff everywhere. My room was comfortably appointed as was the outdoor seating areas of which there were many options. Brunch at the on site restaurant was outstanding. The concierge was helpful whenever I had questions. The hotel staff handled minor errors quickly and my stay was enjoyable. I'd stay here again. "
