"I had a wonderful stay at Infinity8 Bali and would highly recommend it. The service throughout my visit was exceptional, with all staff being attentive, kind, and genuinely helpful. A special thank you to Mr. Folkes, who went above and beyond, especially during Silent Day. Due to my special dietary requirements, he personally arranged for the kitchen to prepare something suitable for me, which was absolutely delicious and greatly appreciated. I also booked a massage, scrub and facial at the hotel spa by Ms. Nungki. She did an excellent job and I felt incredibly relaxed afterwards. During the treatment, I experienced a cramp in my foot, but she noticed immediately and helped resolve it straight away. She suggested a forward bend stretch, which worked amazingly well. Her attentiveness and professionalism made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, the staff truly made my stay memorable. Their warmth, care, and attention to detail made all the difference.
