I’ve stayed at many other 5 star resorts like Kempinski,Mulia,ayana,Sofitel,Conrad, renaissance Uluwatu, padma, alila ect. So my expectations were VERY HIGH when I booked it. I felt skeptical at first since I was let down by other hotels, but everything went smoothly….from the Check in process, breakfast, the room and much more!!! The one thing that I’d like to mention is that the staff are absolutely FANTASTIC!!!!! Every single one of them …. Even the gardeners are so polite they will bow and greet the guest…. (Which doesn’t usually happen at other resorts) the spa was also amazing, we didn’t want to leave this place!

The resort was absolutely beautiful. This was the friendliest staff that I ever encountered in all of my travels. On-site dining was exceptional. The location was a good distance away from most of the activities that we did or were interested in doing. The beach was nice but too many rocks so standing/walking around the water could become an issue unless you found a clear spot.
