"Great hotel in a good location close to shopping, restaurants and bars. Comfortable and spacious room but there was damage to the sink which had a large chip in it. Also only 2 pillows which were very thin and didn't have pillow protectors on them. They really should be replaced."

"Mould in the ceiling, no towel rails in the bathroom. Got put into a property across the street where finding our room was like an Orienteering exercise, our room number (500) did not show on any signs making it extremely difficult. There is no airconditioning and a window was locked shut which they claimed they hadn't known about. The sound didn't work on BBC1 TV, they said they'd send someone but after 1/2 hour wait we said it was too late to keep waiting. The only positives were the price and the room was quiet. I wouldn't want to repeat the experience. "
