"Check in was a bit strange. It was 'self-checkin.' Basically you used a kiosk, but a person spoke to you watching you from a camera. We initially came early to drop our bags and they just had us leave them with a few others in a completely unattended lobby. Felt a little sketchy. "The lotte hotel Seoul is sooooooo amazing. The hospitality and service is unmatched. I’ve never felt more like royalty than when I stayed here. The executive tower is worth it!!!!! If you have the chance, definitely try the hotel restaurant Mugunghwa - it is on a top level so you get an amazing dining experience with views to match. What an experience! We will be back!!!!!"
