The entire Staff were absolutely helpful, attentive, and just brilliant!! The property is 5 - 7min walk to the Metro. There's also a Free Return Shuttle Bus to the Beach on Mondays at about 10:10am, and to Dubai Mall every day . The Rooms were well-appointed, food was lovely, and with nice variety! Really nice hotel, bar needs having more options but can’t complain about anything else.

The generous space of a serviced apartment combined with all the benefits and service of a hotel. You're compromising on the location but it means you get a lot more for your money. If this property were in the middle of downtown it would be a completely different price bracket. Sadly the traffic is getting worse in Dubai and it seems that rush hour starts at 5pm and lasts all night. Worth being aware of when staying in a hotel from when you need to get taxis everywhere. It's worth it though.

Amazing hotel. It’s a Versace hotel so expect for it to look like Versace. Everything looks, feels, and smells immaculate. Staff are on point. Breakfast to your room is splendid. The shops are so cool. It’s just what you would want a Verasce branded hotel.

Stayed in the hotel with my wife and our 15 year old daughter. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. Don't be deceived by the location of the hotel. As you approach it seem isolated because it is a new hotel in the area of Dubai that is undergoing development. However, it is situated just outside the centre of Dubai but it is centrally located which is an advantage because you can easily get to most places quickly by taxi stationed in front of the hotel. Loved staying here and the facilities are great. Free underground parking is a plus, as it is difficult to find free parking around the hotel!

The staff there were always very helpful and they were always smiling. Everywhere was always spotlessly clean despite the huge numbers of people constantly moving in and out. The efficiency of the breakfast team truly amazed me. They are doing a fantastic job. The breakfast itself was delicious, great variety and a lovely environment - I have only positive comments for this hotel - pls keep it up team you are doing a great job!

Excellent new hotel in an up and coming neighbourhood. Amazing roof top pool and gym. Staff was friendly and efficient. Made to orders breakfast was a highlight. Very clean hotel.

The Park Hotel is a very peculiar hotel because it was built as living accommodation not as a hotel. Consequently all the rooms are like apartments and therefore very spacious. The number of square meters you get per Dirham is very good. The location is a bit out of the way as well, but handy for the airport and business district, if not for beaches.
