"Overall the room was clean. Don't get an ocean-front room if you want to sleep! Although the view is great, the boardwalk stays busy until 3am and people are loud! Lots of partying. The bathroom was dingy and needs upgrades. TV selection is spoty... most channels are scrambled. Breakfast of ok but we stayed 4 days and it was the same every day. It got kinda boring. It is really not worth the money you have to pay to stay there."

"We loved this rare find. Right on the beach. Over a 100 years old with tons of charm. We would stay her again in a heartbeat. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Our room had a great little TV room and a view of the ocean. We loved it. More charm than all of the other modern hotels on the beach. Their breakfast was great too, eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles. I think there were some other options too, but that’s what we had. We loved this place."

"Good location, walking distance to some food and bar. Bar on property is very busy but fun vibe. Staff nice. Room was comfortable, although there wasn't hot water in shower, only stayed luke warm"

"I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who checked us in because he was wonderful! The property is undergoing some refurbs and updates - so there are some growing pains - but we were given a newly renovated room on a top floor and it was beautiful. And the property is in a perfect location to park the car and walk around all weekend. We would highly recommend!"

"Great staff. Great amenities. The pool is awesome. The on site restaurant and bar were great. The view from the room was perfect, watched the sunrise from the balcony in the morning. Slept with the door open to hear the sound of the ocean waves crashing all night. Would definately recommend. "

"We had a first floor with a patio walk out. You can’t see the beach (unless you’re up in their top foot rooms). There is sand dune in front of the beach. The hotel is attached to the Lemon Bar. "
