"The property was located in a perfect location in order to walk to the beach. It was also in walking distance to numerous shops to shop in or restaurants to enjoy. The breakfast was great as well. The 2 most disappointing things were the advertisement of the establishment says city view or ocean view when actually the rooms on the backside of the hotel has ocean views and that’s only the 2nd or 3rd floors. Our room balcony actually provided the view of the hotel parking lot and a few of the stores next door.Then we travelled from Louisiana, 800 miles and was put in a room with a boarded up sliding door to our balcony. We were told the previous occupants had shattered the glass. I ask for a different room but was told there was no other vacancies. We were extremely unhappy with this situation but needed a place to stay because were dealing with a very important family situation with a burial of a loved one."

"The resort staff were over the top welcoming, accommodating. Beach chairs were put out for guests to enjoy the fireworks display directly in front of resort. Expedia did not make it clear that parking would add $158 to the bill by resort"s parking vendor. Other guest left their dog in the room, unattended and we had to listen to it barking for quite a while. Room refreshed daily. Poolside cocktails were quite expensive yet seemed void of alcohol. However, the lounge chairs poolside were so very plush! Resort still in reno mode. Location is wonderful, you could park and walk everywhere. Bring your own water. You receive two complimentary bottles a day. I've had to request final bill three times and still haven't received it although my card has been charged. Top tier staff and excellent cleanliness."

"I really loved this place. It was beautiful. I loved that it was right on the beach. The amenities were all used and absolutely to die for. They had an outdoor beach bar it was so awesome. My only two suggestions when staying here. 1. make sure when you park if the parking in the lot runs out... do not park in the beach spots as you will get towed. Make sure you park in the other property right across the street. There is plenty parking but my first night there I learned the hard way but thankfully asked and moved my car lol. Also the second was silly but I think for it being on the beach it's important that staff realizes this is a vacation for most people. I went to order a pina colada and the bar tender who was a girl seemed annoyed. Then she made it. 15 minutes later my co worker who looks nothing like me, asked for one and the bartender told her "she was out of the mix". I know it wasn't true because she opened up a brand new box of mix in front of me lol. So it was pure laziness and for the money you spend... you shouldn't have staff working there like that."

"Location Location Location. right on the beach close the the pier for fishing. The front desk was very helpful getting me the best room and after finding a pair of pants I had left behind. The bartender was talkative and made a good drink. I would definitely stay her again"
