"The staff here is very accommodating. We wanted a room with a balcony and paid for one. We got to the room unpacked and headed to the balcony to find the door wouldn’t open. It was screwed shut. I called downstairs and was told that I should have been made aware of the issue and offered me another room with a balcony. I was happy they had another room but had to repack to unpack a second time. Also, I think the rugs in the hallways need to be replaced. There’s the same odor on several floors,...
