"cleaning with me and my kids in the elevator is a no no! What if we were allergic to the chemical or had migranes (which I did have one - and those sprays didn't help) the breakfast is appreciated, even though the bacon is inedible! The tea, coffee, oatmeal and fruits are a decent touch. the waffles are a hit as well. Our toilet clogged after the 1st use, the plunger didn't work, they came and unclogged the tiolet but no one came to clean the bathroom after it overflowed. Just manage expectations for your stay, bring your own cleaning supplies! "

"The breakfast menu was large and lots of hot food options for a free buffet. No gym, the buffet is basically in the lobby. It would be nice if they had even a single room dedicated to some weights and a treadmill. Otherwise nice to have full length windows and lots of sun in Brooklyn hotels. "

"I came in late last night and it was Zain who welcomed me with a bright smile and welcomed my with open arms. I had no cash or way to access my physical cards I was about to fall apart and he told me it would be ok not to worry about it. I slept so peacefully he was back again he was the perfect person behind the desk at the precise moment. He’s a treasure the hotel is nice art deco the shower was great and the beds very comfortable. Thank you so much for the welcome and a really nice clean space. 💝"

"Great location and very confortable. The staff is incredibly kind. This is our second time and it keeps on looking better and better with the remodeling. We complaied about someone smoking weed on our floor and they immediately took care of it."

"No lobby; pretty clean; staff is quick and helpful. no guarantee on parking - self parking in front of the hotel, 5-6 cars only, limited space. AC is good. "
