"I really wanted to give this place a fair chance, but unfortunately my experience was very uncomfortable and disappointing. I paid for 2 nights, but I left after the first night because I did not feel comfortable staying. During my stay, I found small bugs crawling on my sheets. One was crawling slowly on the bedding, and another appeared to jump after I brushed it off my body, which made me think it may have been a flea. When I squished them, there was visible blood. I took photos because I was genuinely grossed out and concerned. The bedding itself did not feel clean at all, and after finding bugs directly on the sheets, I could not fully relax or sleep comfortably. Clean bedding and pest control are basic expectations when someone is paying for a safe place to rest. The only positive thing I can say is that the AC worked very well and got really cold. Other than that, this was not a good experience. I would strongly recommend that management inspect and treat this room immediately, including the mattress, bedding, floors, and surrounding areas. I’m leaving this review so other guests are aware and can check the room carefully before settling in."
