Otel merkezi bir konumda yer alıyor, ulaşım açısından mükemmel. Çalışan personel arkadaşlar istekleri harfi harfine yerine getiriyorlar. Bize verilen oda giriş kattaydı çok fazla gürültü olabiliyor herkesin sesini duyabiliyorsunuz ama bunu fazla problem etmedik. Çift kişilik yatak talebimiz olmuştu ayrı yatakları birleştirdiler sürekli ortasından ayrıldı ama olsun yapılabilecek bir şey yok. Emeği geçen herkese teşekkür ederim.

Bu fiyata bu performans çok çok iyiydi. Genel olarak temizdi, fakat tabiki çok büyük bir lüks beklemeyin. Konumu harika bir noktada. Taksim meydanının hemen dibinde. Taksim meydanından metro - otobüs - dolmuşla istediğiniz yere gidersiniz. Konum olarak mükemmel.

In einer dunklen dreckigen Seitengasse. Eingang nur durch kleine fast nicht zu sehnende verschmutzte Holztüre. Dann Rezeption war nur ca10 qm kleines Zimmer mit altem Holztisch und rauchendem Mitarbeiter auf alten Lederstuhl und nur türkisch sprechend. Dann über sehr sehr kleinen dunklen Gang zu den übelsten Zimmern. Da erhebliche Gesundheitsgefahr für uns bestand zogen wir nicht ein.

I stayed here for two nights. This hotel is perfectly located at Taksim Square.They front desk guys are super friendly but spoke no English at all. However, I was totally disappointed. The building has no elevator, so I had to climb stairs with 2 bags of 50 pounds each and a cabin bag to sixth floor, they didn't offer help. The room I was checked into was very spacious but did not have a working air conditioning, and it was 80 degrees hot, so I had to open the window. I told the front office guys about the problem, they said it will be fixed next day and this never happened, granted I only came to the sleep at night and it was not pleasant at all. The shower was also broken and the television had no remote.

Clean and efficient property near Taksim Square.

The staff was very attentive. When my shirt was stained, they hand washed it several times and ironed it. The property itself was well maintain, though some of the cabinetry and fixtures could use maintenance. One area of improvement would be in housekeeping. It didn't reach our room until after 4 in the afternoon. That said, I would return again.

Great location but....

This small hotel is located so close to Taksim square the center of Istambul making it quite convinient, the staff consisting of two people were very helpfull, always had a smile and they tried to help. however the bathroom did not flush and that was a great inconvinience, the shower head did not work, The staff came every day to fix it but it would work for a little bit of time and it would break down again (im talking about the toilet) since i spend most of the day out it did not represent such a huge issue but they should have sent a plumber or some one that could fix the problem once and for all, again great location friendly staff but don't go with very high expectations.

No reservar en este Hotel

Ni se os ocurra reservar en este Hotel, si es que se le puede llamar así. Se encuentra situado en una zona digamos conflictiva (enfrente había una casa derruida llena de basura y escombros). Luego la habitación era muy humeda, paredes con humedades manchas, y bastante sucia. Es el peor sitio en el que he estado en toda mi vida.

Clean hotel, polite staff, BUT dodgy street

The advantage of hot suites is the proximity to Taksim square. These are actually several small apartments in a couple of different buildings. The personnel is nice and polite. However, the room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and although we kept the windows open we could not get rid of the smell. The back window overlooked garbage. The strongest disadvantage for us was that the tiny street was weird, some red lights in the next building and young men hanging out all the time. We did not feel comfortable coming back late at night. Briefly, choose this hotel if you want the cheapest possible clean hotel next to Taksim square.

Hot Sweet Hotell Istanbull

Servicen fra de i resepsjonen var veldig bra. De kunne ikke få gjort nok for deg. Rommene var skittne. Mugg og sopp på veggene. Det var ingen steder vi kunne legge fra oss f. eks. håndkler når vi skulle dusje. Vi brukte alle innesko, selv i dusjen. Flere av fasilitetene vi ble lovet fantes ikke, f. eks. safe. Bildene de har lagt ut stemmer ikke i det hele tatt med virkeligheten. Vi tok bilder som viser sopp og mugg, dette var spesielt på badet. Inne i dusjen og i taket. Mye bråk og støy på utsiden, og varmt på rommet. Vi hadde også en stor lampe på utsiden som lyste opp hele det ene soverommet, og gjorde det vanskelig med å sove. Bildet av hotellets forside er av resepsjonen. Vi ble ført videre nedover gaten til et falleferdig bygg....
