Prime location, additional charge at hotel when checking in 21% per person per night got charged extra 3500 mexican. This should be told when booking. Basic 2 star that is only for location

Great hotel in a great location. Not on the busy strip but close, so you can walk a block to the restaurants but not be bothered by the noise. The staff were so accommodating and kind. We slept with the windows open so we could hear the ocean which we loved. Cute pool for hot days with an ocean view.

Staff are amazing, kind, friendly and helpful. This is a more budget friendly hotel but it is located on the Malecon with an ocean view. Wifi was a bit of an issue and only accessible within main areas. There were a few issues that were quickly taken care of. It is downtown and close to restaurants and a short walk to playa Norte. Overall we enjoyed our time here.

we stayed 4 nights, one in ocean view very large 2 beds and great views. we then stayed in room 219, not bad partial ocean view, i had sent an email to their website but haven't heard back. the message was to add a 5 shelf bookcase behind door area and add another shelf or portable storage bins because their are no dressers. beautiful 😍 view, close to super aki and close to hidalgo and shopping and the price is right

Winter Break

This hotel is great! The rooms are nice The view is wonderful. The location is spot on. My only complaint is that some rooms have great water pressure with both hot and cold water. Mine did not. As usual, a trip to Isla is just what you need in the middle of winter.

My problem actually it’s expidia. They aloud hotels to do the “pay later” I went to the hotel with my family at night. Hotel door was closed and dark the inside.

Location is awesome! It is a short walk from the ferry & right off the central strip with a grocery store. I will say, we stayed during carnival week (feb 10-15 2024) and it is right by the stage where they played music until 2am, so be aware going that time of the year. Otherwise, staff was nice, room was minimal, but nice. It had AC, hot water, a TV, and a balcony. It’s right on the water, so the ocean view rooms is what I would recommend if you’re willing to spend more.

We picked it because it was an affordable option. Location was good. Staff need to be engaging. Rarely said a word. Ceiling fan and air conditioner were filthy. No towels in our room when we arrived and a dirty towel by shower which I thought was what we got but next day there was a shower mat. The sink I had to clean the dry toothpaste off. The biggest con was not knowing that the place is cash only. Would not accept a credit or debit card.

Booked partial sea view but got city view. There was a big festival that the room looked into with loud music until midnight. Roaches (noticed one crawl into room from hallway in morning), no shower curtain, clear glass 1’ X 1’ window from hallway directly into bathroom (I covered it), light shining into the room all night from the public square and no blinder. We checked out a night early because we just didn’t think we’d be able to sleep the second night.

Hotel decente con excelente ubicación y cuartos amplios para hospedarse unos días. Ya que el Hotel se encuentra a 5-10 mins caminando desde la Terminal de Ferry Ultramar (el cual no es tan difícil llegar porque solo necesitan agarrar una calle que los lleva derecho al Hotel) y la Playa Norte que esta a 15-20 mins. Además de que el cuarto en el que me hospede contaba con varias Sillas de Madera, Mesa Pequeña, Frigobar para enfriar sus Bebidas, Colgante tipo Closet con Ganchos, una Terracita por si se quieren relajar por la noche al aire libre, y un Baño con espacio amplia para Ducha; aunque podrían renovar algunas de sus instalaciones como Ventilador del Techo o Frigobar que estaban algo viejos y oxidados, al igual que su Llave de Cuarto que tenia su recubrimiento o chapado todo despegado. Lo único inconveniente para muchos seria que solo aceptan Efectivo, y aunque hayan reservado con aplicaciones como Expedia etc. al final del dia tienen que tener a la mano el Monto exacto que pide el Lugar; en mi caso Expedia nunca me aviso que era de puro efectivo (2000 M.N./Noche), por lo que a la hora del Check In tuve que ir a retirar a un Cajero dentro del Supermercado que se encontraba enfrente. Adicionalmente, su horario de uso de alberca es solo de 9:00 a 19:00 (muy corto a comparación de otros Hoteles), por lo que si son de regresar de la Playa por la noche para meterse a la Alberca, este hotel puede que no sea una opción tan viable para ustedes.

El lugar es tranquilo y está limpio. Las personas son muy amables. Hay muchas cosas cerca, el oxxo, el minisuper, el cajero y el mero centro donde encontramos antojitos muy ricos. Solo aceptan efectivo pero hay varios cajeros cercanos.
