"We didn't want to leave this hotel! The staff were so kind and helpful. The room was clean and perfectly appointed for our family of 3. We loved the bath and shower with the view of the ferris wheel at night! The breakfast buffet was the best we've had at any hotel. We would be delighted to stay again."

"Really neat old hotel with a lot of history. The spa area was really nice and rooms were clean. There wasn’t much interaction with staff. There were people staying there just didn’t seem like the service was the priority. On our second morning it was really odd they couldn’t seat us for breakfast at 7:45 and we had to wait. This made us late for our driver to leave for the day. Overall it was just ok."

"Very handy for the train station, shops, restaurants and most anything you would want. Our room was comfortable and while not huge, was perfect for our five day stay in Yokohama. I just don't like having to check in/check out at a computer terminal instead of with human beings, but that's just me. It wouldn't stop me from staying there again."
