Great experience.

Overall, I would say that Taj was the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. The atmosphere, the building and the service was simply impeccable. Most importantly, was the room service, led by Mr Nawab Singh, who was ever so accommodating, welcoming and simply a gentleman. Would love to visit again.

This hotel is more like a resort. The rooms are the biggest in size across all 5 star hotels & resorts I have stayed at. At this price, this place is the best. For the 1st time I stayed in a hotel room with a private heated swimming pool. Awesome experience....!!! The service is also very fast & excellent food. This room had the best & the most effective airconditioning I have ever seen having stayed across several 5star properties in India. Overall experience was excellent.

The property has a top location and superb staff . The hotel rooms are very well appointed , and high class all the way . The club room lounge was absolutely outstanding and worth the cost . A special mention to the manager of the lounge , Amit sharma , and the staff for making me feel so welcome . A warm thank you !

I was in Delhi for wedding shopping purposes and this property is at very convenient location to shop from khan market, connaught place or old Delhi market. Staffs are very friendly, rooms are nice and they have amazing breakfast buffet.

When we arrived we were allocated a room at the front (room 204?), it was quite noisy due to dogs barking. When we spoke to reception about it the following morning we were immediately moved room to a better room at the back (201) without any question or argument. The hotel is in a very narrow alleyway in Old Delhi, cars cannot get to the hotel but staff were very helpful carrying our bags to the taxi. I stayed here for a couple of days whilst travelling around India And it happened to be my birthday, the big 50. I was very spoilt, up graded to a suite, they gave a complimentary cake, delivered a half bottle of the locally bubbly and every member of staff I happened to pass wished me a happy birthday. Excellent hotel. The. Service was first class. Everyone at the hotel takes great pride as employees, nothing is too much trouble. The room was spacious and everything was bright and clean. The safe was large enough for a 15" laptop and the bed was comfy. The staff were super friendly and very helpful, they moved us to a new room as our aircon wasn't working properly. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Namaste Hindustan. The location is excellent and very convenient for travellers. The hotel is clean, comfortable and well-maintained.
