"This is a budget motel with dated motif. Our room was clean, but it was evident that supplies (linens, furniture, pool furniture) had been in use for many years. Staff was highly responsive and most friendly in responding to requests. Location is safe and proximal to stores, fast food and basic services."

"Way too expensive for what it is. Room not very clean, staff not super friendly/helpful. One example: We were in the pool and noticed that there were no towels in the rack provided. No one had swam today and it was 2PM so would be surprising if they were out for the day, so likely never restocked. We asked them to get some and it took 45 min. The air was cold and my 4yo daughter didn't want to get out out and dry off in the air - I didn't either! When they brought them in they brought them in lazily, chatting the whole time and walking slowly. Nothing was going on at the hotel and it isn't like they washed them in that time, so it was likely just a matter of carrying them from A to B on the premises. The overall trip was like this - great in the pictures, nice enough, but for $400 a night (plus a $20 something a day amenity fee I didn't bargain on!) I'd never go here again."

"Mountain view and pools are exceptional. 15 min drive to Palm Springs. Room was short on towels and coffee. But staff was great and always helped out . Super quiet neighborhood. Rooms were almost new construction. Great beds with down comforters! "

"They seem to be very short of staff. When we arrived, there was no body to take care of the check-in, and no bell to ring either. We just had to wait until a staff showed up more than 10 minutes later. The check-in then took quite some time too. Overall, very inefficient. "

"My bank account was charged 3 times with different amounts in “holds” which overdrew my bank account resulting in multiple overdraft fees. They also charged my husband’s card separately. Over a week of dealing with the bank trying to get it sorted out. The room itself wasn’t bad, but this bank situation has ruined it for me. A $300 room has now turned into hundreds in overdraft fees and a headache. Won’t be returning. "
