Nice hotel, clean and modern rooms and facilities.

Staff esa great and breakfast is delicioso

Staff were really great and helpful. Suggestions for dining out were also great. From checkin to leaving we had a great experience all over. Would recommend this hotel due to its location, staff and overall services.

Well located hotel with comfortable rooms and an elaborate breakfast spread.

Great location and rooms are very nice

Excellent location, modern and pleasant atmosphere.

We had a double room which faced into a communal court. There was air conditioning bt the room setting with the ability to fully open the windows and get fresh air was excellent. Scrambled egg/sausage/bacon cooked breakfast with cereals cold meats and cheese, fruits as well - Good Breakfast. Dark modern decor which was OK for a city hotel - good quality but perhaps not atmospheric. 2 lifts - reliable.

Excellent experience, we will definitely stay here again if we’re back in Madrid. You could tell that the management pays significant attention to detail - from the Dyson hairdryer to the local lavender candy. The breakfast was a good spread too, highly recommend!

Close to tourist sites

Another excellent stay. Very quiet and comfortable. Red level service first rate. Best Eggs Benedict ever!

The hotel was spotless Clean towels every day Great shower. Comfortable bed. Great location Would definitely stay here again

Great location for getting around to all the main sites. The bed was very comfortable and the room although a bit basic was great. Not too sure about the sound proofing as I could hear suitcases in the corridor and plugs being put into sockets in the room next door. Overall, very happy with my stay.
