"This is a very good hotel little bit far from the main Madrid downtown and other attractions. Breakfast and other amenities in hotel are excellent. Staff is friendly too. "

"room, toilets and bathroom were clean with towels. clean beds and pillow. Staff speaks English well. Family friendly environment with plenty varieties of breakfast available. Hot water available 24/7 at the reception. Lift is small but perfect for 4 persons. Free luggage storage services available on the other side of car park. near to metro station and so many local restaurants nearby available. There is also a big grocery store nearby in 5 minutes walking. But, the aircondition doesnt work....
