The dinner was superb. The server was most accommodating when she realized I had a food intolerance and switched to a different dish at no extra charge. Check in was quick and with easy access to the city via cab. The airport shuttle was convenient.

We chose this hotel based on its location and airport shuttle service. We were pleasantly surprised by the efficiency, cleanliness, comfort, and quiet. The shuttle service was excellent. Front desk help was wonderful. Only comment would be the warmth of the room. We prefer cooler sleeping temperature.

It was a great choice, all you need for a transfer when traveling and even a longer stay. Very close from the Barajas airport, punctual timing of the bus shuttle, clean, modern and very helpful staff. Particularly I Remeber the Mr Alfonso at the check in desk, extremely helpful, kind and provided quick solution to requests. Highly recommend this hotel :)
