Great layover in Madrid Barajas as always The staff always helpful and kind. One feels welcome and at home Rooms are comfortable. The linens in the beds are so comfortable, 100% thick cotton for sure. All impeccably clean And it is actually 40 min by metro from the center of Madrid. It is even a good place to stay for tourism for a good price!

The staff was super sweet and our room was very clean. Breakfast was plentiful. The airport shuttle was convenient, however if you’re traveling to the airport at a busy time, you might have to call ahead to sign up for the shuttle as it does fill up and so we took a taxi in the morning. But the airport was so close that it was only around €22 for the taxi. Only thing was that we wished the bar was open a little later, maybe until midnight. Otherwise great hotel, close to the airport and convenient!

The check in was smooth, the staff was helpful. I called the hotel ahead of time to inquire if our room could be ready before the regular check-in time and was told that this was not a problem. However, when we arrived, the room was not ready. They did hold our luggage and we enjoyed lunch at their lovely restaurant. The pool hours were not very convenient with pool open noon to 8pm.
