"The hotel was in need of repairs. Doors wouldn’t lock, poor shower pressure. Have always thought this chain of hotels was pretty safe. Not the case."

"Its was perfect from the jump the wonderful lady at front desk Andrea was so helpful. We had a great conversation because both of us being fellow Alaskans. Gave me "Guest of the day" and late check out. The room was amazing and clean. All the amenities that this hotel has especially the spa so relaxing and exhilarating. I am definitely making this every 2 to 3 weeks staycation. Love it!"

"I never saw staff around helping or giving any kind of instructions. The pizza food court area to order was chaotic. So many people didn’t know how to use their credits and the pick up lines had everyone trying to cut because they would see their name pop up. The timer on getting ice and drinks was a disaster and couldn’t get ice for days. It was never filled up. Adult only hot tub had no one to regulate that. Kids were in there every day. Bowling should have instructions on how to get tickets. There was only one working elevator for the entire weekend WORST part of the trip "

"The pictures on Expedia definitely do not tell the full description. There was a $20 security deposit not mentioned when i made the reservation. Our room was ok. The tub/shower was very jerry-rigged. A shower floor was installed on top of the tub. No mirror at the sink. It was om the opposite wall. The fridge was definitely second hand looking. And froze our drinks. We went to dinner our first night came back and our room smelled like someone had smoke a bunch of weed inside our room. We had to leave the door open for over an hour to air it out. And my spouse is deathly allergic to weed. And the tv is a roku tv but there was no roku remote so we had no tv and the wifi was terrible too. I dont like being negative about places. But this was worse than the Motel 6 i stayed at last month. "

"Airport shuttle"

"Housekeeping doesn’t clean daily. TV was WiFi but bad signal so it kept going out. No coffee in the lobby early morning. Elevator is ancient and very slow. I wouldn’t have stayed there except I didn’t have a choice. "
