"Reservations were made well in advance and I did not know that I was going to be in need of a “accessible“ room. I called the day before our reservation and Aram understood my situation and immediately offered to block out a disability access room. When we arrived, we were given a close by accessible room, and as I was wheeled into the room by my husband, the clerk on duty immediately offered and wheeled our luggage directly to our room. Both Aram and the other young men were very courteous and helpful."
