We were told a number of times the problem had been fixed and the water would back to normal in an hour. Didn't happen. Also weird bugs crawling on our ceiling off and on all night. This property needs attention. We should be getting some kind of discount or refund."

"Very confusing place to navigate with up and down escalators and steps just to get to a room. However, you can't beat the convenience in closeness to the airport for check in. Also suprisingly, the room was not noisy. We stayed at another hotel offsite and the plane noise was pretty rough."
