"Clean convenient hotel near walkable and drivable restaurants . Plenty of spacious lobby desk space for working and had some private areas. Small bar and market area with decent dessert and snack selection . TVs to be able to watch on in the lobby area. One minor surprise was that Hyatt charged $15 for parking which is unusual for a suburban hotel location."

"I love the separated rooms. It was nice and roomy. The only complaint I have is that the breakfast was not that good Maybe if you add a different type of meat instead of the link sausage, maybe it will be better. Your front desk girl for the evening of June 13, check in time was amazing. Forgot my girl name, but she was the heavy set lady. She about the business. Customer satisfaction is awesome. I had a complaint about the room and she took care of it ASAP. That’s real service. Thank you love for that. Will book again."

"To be honest, I didn’t know what to expect when booking this hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was much bigger than I anticipated, the bed was comfortable, and it was very quiet—which is always a big plus for me. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, and we even got a free cocktail during happy hour, which was a nice bonus. The location is great, and I would definitely stay here again in the future. The only downside was that the room felt a little stuffy at times—I wish there had been some kind of fresh scent or better airflow. Other than that, it was a great stay."
