"Everything was great. The staff was My only complaints were the time it took the elevators to get to the floors, the cloudy pool water, hair in the pool and the windows were dirty. The windows to my room were filled with dead bugs when you looked out. However the staff were courteous and quick to resolve any problems that occurred. "

"The staff were nice. It was clean. The hotel was not worth what we paid, especially with no complimentary breakfast. Also, the price of a cheeseburger and fries in the restaurant was ridiculously high. There was nothing special about this hotel to make it so high. Parking is an issue. The rodeo was in town so all the hotels had raised their prices. We were not there for the rodeo. We were there for an appointment with MD Anderson. The hotel did not have MDA rates. If we have to go back to MDA in Houston, we will find a different hotel. We had to make this reservation at the last minute. We didn't have enough towels and had to call twice to get extra towels. We were there for 2 nights and only had 2 towels and 2 rags. Our key cards didn't work when we got to our room. "
