"Room not the newest, clean but damaged. Staff was cool, very helpful both morning and night shift. Gym had a lot of broken equipment but we made due. You get what you pay for here…. Nice place to stay on a budget if you don’t plan on being in the room much."

"We stay for 4 days, 3 days out of 4 We needed to go the the lobby to complain about our room not being cleaned, their response was “oh, the problem is that we clean every 3 days” and we’re talking about the bed not being done, wet towels, etc. and lastly, there’s a sign that says “100 % smoke free facility “ and I also complained about the smell of weed along the hallway, we needed to extend our stay for another 4 days but we decided to go somewhere else. What a shame. NOT RECOMENDED"

"This was, unfortunately, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had at a Marriott. I specifically chose Marriott because they typically uphold high standards and consistently provide a great experience. This stay was the complete opposite. When I arrived, the property felt like an active construction zone. There was construction happening on our floor, with noticeable debris and an overall unclean atmosphere. It did not feel welcoming or properly maintained. My room’s TV did not work for two full days before it was finally repaired. One friend staying across the hall had her toilet overflow, and it could not be fixed during her stay — she was told to use a restroom on the first floor even though we were on the second. Another friend on the third floor discovered mold in her room and had to leave the hotel entirely. A fourth friend also wanted to leave due to a strong, unpleasant smell in her room. My three friends who booked directly through Marriott were able to relocate to another Marriott property. Unfortunately, because I booked through Expedia, I was not given the same flexibility and felt stuck in unacceptable conditions. This experience was extremely disappointing and far below the standards I associate with Marriott. Cleanliness, maintenance, and guest comfort should never fall this short."
