"The room was huge and comfortable. There was a dirty towel left in the restroom and an empty bottle of liquor left in the room. Another issue was that the refrigerator was not working. They did offer to move us to another room but we were already unpacked and settled. We did not want to move. "

"We stay for 4 days, 3 days out of 4 We needed to go the the lobby to complain about our room not being cleaned, their response was “oh, the problem is that we clean every 3 days” and we’re talking about the bed not being done, wet towels, etc. and lastly, there’s a sign that says “100 % smoke free facility “ and I also complained about the smell of weed along the hallway, we needed to extend our stay for another 4 days but we decided to go somewhere else. What a shame. NOT RECOMENDED"

"Terrible experience. I had to cancel last minute to due strep throat and flu. Hotel WOULD NOT refund me - even with a doctor's note! Expedia said it was the hotel's decision, and the hotel said it was expedia's decision. Called and waited OVER AN HOUR with expedia and basically got nowhere! Super frustrating. Will not use expedia nor stay at a LaQuinta ever again!"
