And they asked for a 60$ cash deposit, which they didn't tell be about before arrival and they didn't have change for a 100$ even though the person in front of me just handed them 60$ in cash. "

"I got in the room and started moving the pillows around bugs came out from them. I’m not really sure if they are spiders or what, but there were also spots on the pillows and the bedding so when I told the front desk clerk that I cannot stay there and ask for a refund, she refused to give me one. I also paid for a queen suite which I was not put in because after I got there, she said they were all taken."

"First things first, when I arrived nobody was at the desk so I dashed the number provided on a sign for assistance and staff seemed annoyed and was told rudely to wait. Okay, whatever, I waited, no biggie. Second, I get the room and immediately see baby roaches in the bathroom and by the bed by the window. Then I went to shower and there were no towels. Called the front, no answer. Went to office, again no staff. Then went to check out, window thing was down, no staff. Couldn’t tell them what was wrong. Wouldn’t recommend a stay here. "

The onsite food and drinks were great, and the recent renovation of the hotel is beautiful — modern, stylish, and very well done. The entire property feels refreshed and welcoming. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend The LaSalle Hotel to anyone visiting Bryan."

"Absolutely disgusting I cannot believe Hilton has there name on this Charged more than Expedia booked for. Hair in shower would not let us check in early. Rude staff. Will NEVER stay there again. Dirt all over floors no carpet. "
