"I gave an overall Ok rating because one of the reasons we stay at an Embassy Suites is the happy hour and breakfasts. Both mornings clean plates, utensils and tables were scarce. Food on the buffet was always low. Food was very good and courteous and staff where clearly working hard but they were very under staffed. Room was great and clean. Would recommend."

"Desk is not manned at night. Awakened at 2 am by man banging on door of room next door for someone to let them in continued until almost 3 am only to start again at 4 am for another 30 to 45 mins. Went to check out and mention, clerk answered phone and talked to potential future guest for over 10 minutes who was coming by in 2 hrs to look at the accommodations. Only paid attention to us when I loudly told my daughter we would address the 2 problems in our review. "

"We were in town for one night after a late basketball game and just needed a place to wash up and sleep. The hotel isn’t new, but it was clean. There was a slight stale smell when we first walked into the room, but I carry Lysol, and once I sprayed the surfaces and beds, it wasn’t noticeable anymore. We used the washer ($2 per load) and tried the dryer, but the dryer didn’t work. The front desk refunded the $2 without any issue. There’s a washeteria about five minutes away, so we were able to dry our clothes there for much less. The hotel itself was clean, and the ladies at check‑in were polite. Not much else stood out. Breakfast was basic—waffle maker, instant oatmeal, eggs, gravy, sausage, and a variety of breads and pastries. Overall, the hotel was fine. Nothing special, but it had the best price for what we needed for the night."
